This programme at Ashtanga Yoga Ramsgate will give you the tools to get a stronger fitter meaner leaner body and perhaps more importantly a calmer mind – which I’m sure we all agree a calmer mind is super important in very noisy modern day living .
The course will consist of four, one hour long sessions one evening a week at the Ashtanga Yoga Ramsgate studio (in Ramsgate). To support your progress there will be online videos for you to practice along to at home. It’s a complete online offline programme – to introduce you to the wonderful world of yoga.
The Couch to Yogi programme will also act as a feeder course for the early morning Mysore Programme at the studio.
